“When I lived in Redondo Beach, I owned two apartment buildings – a 5-unit and a 4-unit – for many years. And, both were 1031 exchanges! I eventually purchased property in Santa Barbara, where my daughter can manage them. Over the years, Brian has kept in touch with me with informative updates.
If I still had property in the South Bay area, and/or if I were looking to purchase a property there, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Brian again. If you’re in need of a top notch real estate agent, who knows the area, knows the laws and the in’s-and-out’s of the business, you’d be hard pressed to find anyone better than Brian Estes!!”
