“When I lived in Redondo Beach, I owned two apartment buildings – a 5-unit and a 4-unit – for many years.  On numerous occasions, I’d get solicitations from local real estate agents, alerting me that they had clients looking for properties like mine, and could get me top dollar for my buildings.  I never had any intention of selling, and had no interest in working with any of these cold-call solicitors.  My husband and I moved to Northern Nevada in 2006, but I had a property manager helping me with my residential income properties.
